Our patients are the most important part of our practice. This cancellation policy is put in place for our patients. Our appointments are reserved just for you. Related to this, we want you to understand that it is also a potential appointment for someone else who may have wanted that particular time.

As a courtesy to our providers and to other patients, we ask that you provide our office a minimum of 48 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of appt time, or a no-show,  you will be assessed a $60 cancellation fee charged to your credit card on file.  If you don’t already have a credit card on file, you will be asked to provide one when making your appointment.

If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes past the originally scheduled time, we may require you to reschedule to avoid impacting other clients’ appointments.

Treatment Packages are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be applied to any other services, product purchases, series of treatments or combined with any existing discount or promotions. Treatment packages are intended to provide a series of treatments at a discounted price and must be used within the recommended treatment timeframe as recommended by your service provider. All treatment packages expire if not used within the treatment plan recommended by your service provider at RM Skin or within 6 months whichever date comes first.

Rachel Moayer Skin does not accept returns or exchanges for items not purchased through Rachel Moayer Skin directly. Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.

Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Skincare Package purchases are not eligible for refunds. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
